• Operate as a trusted business partner to designated areas of the organisation, reporting to the HR Manager.
• Work closely with senior leaders and line managers to provide strategic and pragmatic people advice, supporting organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and leadership capability.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters and support change initiatives.
• Ensure consistent delivery of core HR processes, including performance management, engagement and talent activities.
• Travel to other locations approximately twice per month.

• Experienced HR professional at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practice.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels, bringing credibility, confidence and sound judgement.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach balancing commercial priorities with a people‑centred mindset.
• Mandatory: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and a full UK driving licence.
