Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our award‑winning 5★Spa team as a Spa Duty Manager.

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑focused professional with a passion for delivering world‑class guest service. If you thrive in a luxury hospitality environment and have experience within the spa industry, we would love to hear from you.

• Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay.
• Proactively managing and resolving guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well‑presented, and fully operational at all times.
• Supervising, motivating, and organising the team effectively during your shift.
• Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings.
• Leading by example to maintain high standards of teamwork and performance.

• Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards.
• Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry.

Enjoy a full‑time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Salary £26,100- £28,800 Per Year Plus Extensive Benefits
