£15,238.08 Per Annum / £12.21 Per Hour, 24 Hours (3 days)

You will be the first person our leisure guests meet as they enter our Hotel Leisure Clubs; these guests could be club members, hotel residents or day visitors. Understanding their needs and ensuring they have a wonderful experience is a key part of your role.

You will be pivotal in welcoming hosts into our hotels and be knowledgeable about the Leisure Club.

You will need to be organized and enjoy greeting guests in a professional but personable manner. You will enhance their experience by helping to plan their visit and recommending treatments and other services.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days—this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
