Nights Team Member

The Night Team Member ensures smooth operations during the overnight shift, supporting guest services, security, maintenance and concierge duties. The position requires reliability, strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a calm and professional atmosphere during high-pressure situations.

• Manage guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a pleasant stay.
• Maintain security and safety procedures throughout the night and perform regular security checks.
• Support hotel staff during the night shift and provide general support as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping tasks that arise.
• Set up meeting rooms and other areas as required.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and handle check‑in/check‑out duties.
• Manage any emergency situations that occur and prepare reports for senior management.

• Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night team member role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure situations.
• Flexible and adaptable approach with willingness to work evenings and weekends if required.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
