£26,950.44 per annum

Full-Time, Permanent – 35 hours per week

About You

The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:

* An enthusiastic and caring individual with experience of working with older people who may be vulnerable.

* Confidence in establishing and building up links with community agencies, voluntary organisations and other groups to support the aims of the service

* Is comfortable to lone work and can show initiative to make decisions for themselves

* Enjoys providing a first-class customer experience to residents, contractors and internal colleagues

* Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Muir Living Service provided to older residents

* Positive and open to change and able to contribute positively to a culture of evaluation and improvement

* Ability to organise successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation
