You will be responsible for delivering your clients' personalised care plan and health goals, enabling them to live life to the fullest in their own home. You will manage clients' medical condition, meals, hygiene and ensure their safety at all times. You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and well‑being, being trustworthy and compassionate.

We are looking for a flexible individual who is reliable, compassionate, and has excellent communication skills. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
Eligibilityand Requirements
- Professional care experience in the UK: 1 year (required)
- Reliable, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, with excellent communication skills
- Driving licence and car (not essential)
- Will work 7 days on, 7 days off, with a 2‑hour break each day and plenty of downtime
- No sponsorship available; we do not offer any form of sponsorship
Pay: £120 per 24 hours, plus double pay for bank holidays and a £35 per week food allowance.
