Children&;s Support Worker

Position: Children's Support Worker (Days)
Location: Cheshire West and Chester

Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford. Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team.

Help the our young people to meet their personal care needs.
Enable our children and adults to express their wishes, views and feelings
Apply creative and innovative ideas to support education
Support with all aspects of health and wellbeing.
Attend appointment and arranging social activities.
Support opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence.
