Job Summary

An exciting opportunity is now available to join the vibrant inpatient unit at Bowmere Hospital as three newly appointed Advanced Clinical Leads. Bowmere comprises All-age Acute, Rehabilitation, PICU and Organic services. These posts offer the chance to make a significant impact across a dynamic and forward-thinking hospital environment. • Provide clinical leadership across the unit teams and management support.
• Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with best practice, identify learning themes and respond; attend Trust-wide meetings and local Steering Groups; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical standards.
• Act as a source of expertise within a multi-disciplinary framework, supporting complex cases with specialist assessment and planning, liaising with internal and external professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care within Trust guidelines and policies.
• Deliver training and promote further training/education opportunities; facilitate clinical supervision, provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staffing teams; motivate and inspire the team to deliver high standards of patient care and create a productive work environment.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
