Position: Care Assistant - Homecare Evenings - 4 on / 4 off (Contract)
Care Assistant – Homecare (Chester Area)
4 on / 4 off | 12:00pm – 11:00pm

We are currently recruiting 1 Female Care Assistant to join our homecare team supporting clients across the Chester / Cheshire area.

This is a 4 on, 4 off position, providing care to multiple clients in their own homes, with visits lasting approximately 30–45 minutes each.

About the Role You will be providing compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Duties include:

Assisting with preparing meals, drinks, and light refreshments
Personal care and toileting support
Assisting with transfers and supporting clients into bed
Providing companionship and reassurance Shift Pattern
4 days on / 4 days off
12:00pm – 11:00pm Requirements
Female only (due to client request)
Driver required – travel between homes across the Chester area
Experience not essential – we welcome applicants new to care as full training is provided
Alternatively, applicants with domiciliary care experience are encouraged to apply
