A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Duties include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication, and assessing patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

Licenses/Certificates: Must be registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina and maintain current in the Nurse Aide Registry
2. Must have American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Education: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
