Your financial expertise will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining the organisation's financial stability.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis. Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities, ensuring efficient and well-controlled processes. Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting to support ongoing financial health. Lead month-end and year-end close processes. Deliver clear financial insights to senior management to inform growth and strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency. Skills/ Experience Required ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (desirable).
