Moneysprite is a UK based financial advice firm that specializes in mortgages, wealth protection, and investments for individuals and corporate clients.

We offer a wide range of services including mortgages, life assurance, critical illness & income protection. Moneysprite aims to understand each client’s needs and aspirations to help them achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

This is an exciting Self-Employed role for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Moneysprite based in Chester & North Wales.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing residential & buy-to-let mortgage advice together with appropriate protection solutions to clients.

The role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable products, and guiding them through the financial planning process in a manner that is consistent with the principles provided by the Financial Conduct Authority and our “amazing every time” service level. You must be ethical in approach and hold up our ethos of exceeding client expectations at each stage.

• Full CeMap or equivalent
• Experience in mortgage & protection advice preferable but not essential as support will be given. Attitude, energy and moral compass are paramount.

You will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Great attention to detail, always putting client needs first

Leads will be provided, but there will be an expectation that you are able to generate your own, especially from referrals.

We offer industry leading commission splits giving an OTE of £60,000 - £100,000 by your second year.

Excellent back office support will be given to allow you to focus your energies on helping your clients to achieve their goals.
