Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Services Administrator, based in Chester. The role involves supporting the team with administrative, organisational, and client-facing tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing client reports, responding to client queries, coordinating client documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Administrator will assist with financial planning preparations and liaise with internal teams to support daily business operations.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with IT systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial services and financial planning principles is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
