Paraplanner – from £36,000 to £45,000 salary (based on experience) - Chester, CH1 1QQ

for a Chartered Financial Paraplanner a salary of up to £50K.

The role
Looking to step into a role that values your expertise and rewards your precision? As our Paraplanner, you’ll work directly with Chartered Financial Planners to deliver compliant, personalised recommendations—making a genuine difference to our clients’ financial wellbeing.
What will you be doing?

* Writing suitability reports that give clients clarity and confidence in their choices

* Researching products and platforms to find real-world solutions for pensions, investments, and protection

* Organising and managing client files so everything is FCA-compliant and audit-ready

* Preparing accurate documents like illustrations and application forms, so our advice is clear and actionable

* Liaising with clients and providers to keep advice moving and issues resolved

* Joining adviser meetings when needed and staying up to speed with changes in the financial world

The person
We’d love to hear from you if you:

* Hold (or are working towards) the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

* Have experience in an independent financial advisory setting

* Are confident in your analysis and written communication

* Understand pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection products

* Have used FE Analytics, Xplan, and platforms like Aberdeen or Quilter

* Work with real care and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another
