Housekeeper and Customer Host

Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a Housekeeper and Customer Host.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-focused Housekeeper & Customer Host to join our team at our MINI Centre in Chester. This dual role combines both customer-facing hosting and housekeeping responsibilities, playing an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our Centre.

As part of the team, you will help ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable while also supporting the upkeep of a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom environment. Salary: £12.71 per hour, £19,827.60 per annum. Part Time, Permanent position.

Hours:

30 hours per week, 6 hours per day.

• Act as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls.
• Ensure customers are promptly directed to the appropriate department or member of staff.
• Clean and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in all areas including the showroom, offices, staff and customer toilets and corridors.

• Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Able to carry out the practical duties associated with housekeeping tasks.
