- Conducting sustainability assessments and certifications for a variety of projects.
- Engaging with clients to understand their sustainability goals and providing tailored solutions.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support planning and technical requirements.
- Collaborating with a professional and supportive team to deliver high:quality outcomes.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain excellence in service delivery.
- Deliver BREEAM assessments and other sustainability certifications, such as HQM, Fitwel, and SKA.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies for projects across multiple sectors.
- Prepare sustainability certification reports for planning and technical purposes.
- Manage client engagement and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Work collaboratively with a multi:disciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
- Qualified in BREEAM certification with a proven track record of certifying buildings.
- Knowledge of or qualifications in other certifications (e.g., HQM, Fitwel, SKA) is highly desirable.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
- Membership or qualification through a professional body such as ISEP, IEMA, CIBSE, or LCC.
- Strong commercial awareness of building regulations, the planning process, and the construction industry.
- Excellent numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- A valid driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points.
