Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM)
Location:
Chester
- BSc / MSc in environmental / sustainability / building services discipline
- Membership of a professional body such as CIBSE or IביבהEMA
- Qualified BREEAM Assessor in one or more schemes (essential)
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering BREEAM assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Proven track record in project management (advantage)
- Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments
- Delivering environmental management audits
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Preparing expert written reports
- Delivering presentations
- Joining a growing consultancy with a hybrid working policy
