We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Geologist with 1–3 years of experience to join this dynamic team. This role will involve spending approximately 70% of your time on‑site, conducting fieldwork, collecting and analysing samples, and supporting project delivery. You’ll work across a variety of projects, gaining hands‑on experience and developing your technical expertise in a supportive environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors, problem‑solving, and being an integral part of small, impactful teams.

• 1–3 years experience on site – data collection, logging and trial pits
• Experience working across diverse sites – bring your wellies!
• A true love for site work – there is no home working, and you’ll spend a lot of time on site
• A full UK driving licence
• Right to live and work in the UK
