A friendly primary school in Chester is looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who enjoys being part of everyday classroom life and making a real difference to children's learning and confidence.

This isn't a "stand at the back of the room" role. You'll be actively involved, supported by experienced staff, and encouraged to bring your own strengths to the classroom.

• Supporting pupils during lessons (whole class, small groups and 1:1)
• Helping children stay focused, calm and confident
• Preparing resources and supporting learning activities
• Being a reassuring presence during transitions and routines
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff

• Clear routines and consistent behaviour expectations

• You hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification
• You enjoy working with primary-aged children
