As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you play a vital role in a child's early education. You will work alongside teachers to create a fun, safe, and organized learning environment. Your day will involve helping young children (ages 4-11) develop essential skills in reading, writing, and social interaction.

Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour. We have roles available in local schools across these areas:

• Chester Central: CH1, CH2, CH3
• Surrounds: CH4 (Saltney/Lache), CH65/CH66 (Ellesmere Port), and nearby Cheshire villages.

• Leading small reading or phonics groups to improve literacy.
• Helping children with basic maths and counting activities.
• Setting up creative classroom displays and learning materials.
• Supervising children during play to ensure they stay safe.
• Helping children learn how to play and share together.
• Helping the teacher manage classroom behaviour in a positive way.
• Following all safeguarding rules to protect the children in your care.
