Cover Supervisor
We are currently seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School in Chester committed to providing high-quality education and support to children within KS3 & KS4 classes. The successful candidate will play a key role in covering lessons and supporting each child's development in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cover engaging lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' social and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants and support staff.
- Engage in regular communication with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress.
- Contribute to the school's ethos of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
- Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools
- Previous experience working within an educational setting
- Creative, pro-active and enthusiastic
- Experience working with children
- Excellent rates of pay
