Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part‑time role within a thriving city‑centre dental practice? Chester Dental Studio is seeking a full‑time Dental Receptionist to work on Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday.

Chester Dental Studio opening hours are between 7am and 7pm

Pay is dependent on experience

Chester Dental Studio is a modern, three‑surgery practice located in Chester city centre. We offer a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses.

As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.

• Provide outstanding telephone and front‑desk service.
• Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans.
• Discuss and present finance options professionally.
• Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments.
• Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows.

• Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible hours.
• Suitable for dental nurses looking to move into reception or TCO roles.
