The customer Service and Technical Operations Trainer is responsible designing, delivering and maintaining training programs across Customer Service, Technical Support and Operational Teams.

What you will do
  • Create and Deliver new starter training
  • Deliver refresher training
  • Train employees on systems and operational processes
  • Create and maintain work instructions
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training
What you bring

Experience

  • Proven experience as a trainer
  • Audiology Industry desirable but not essential
  • Call centre environment training experience desirable but not essential
