Womenswear Fit Model and Product Assistant

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral Tik Tok videos!

In house Women’s clothing fit model for all product categories and assistant to Product Team on all daily tasks. Tracking sample development from design concept through to production, the Product Assistant will support Buying and Garment Tech team in administrative tasks.

Candidate measurement profile

• Bust: 84cm (+/- 2cm)
• Waist: 66cm (+/- 2cm)
• Hip: 92cm (+/- 2cm)
• Height: 170cm (+/- 4cm)

• In house Women’s clothing fit model for all product categories (Size S).
• Assist in development process of seasonal collections from initial concept to final production. Including tracking of all design and production samples.
• Prepare and distribute sample packages as required.
• Update internal systems utilised by the Product Development and Garment Tech team.
• Support Garment Tech team measuring samples and preparing for fit sessions.
• Responsible for sample organization as required partnering with cross functional team to assist in sample access for photoshoots when needed.
• Assist Product Development Manager in all daily tasks.
• Support internal QC team as required.
