This role is designed for a talented designer who’s ready to step up
, take ownership of a brand, and start their journey into leadership. You don’t need to have managed people before. What matters is drive, curiosity, confidence and the desire to grow
.

• Leading creative concepts and design across digital and print.
• Acting as brand gatekeeper
  , ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Working closely with key stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns.
• Supporting and mentoring a junior designer
  , with guidance from your own manager.
• Designing for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations and more.
• Exploring interactive media such as illustration, animation and video (a bonus, not essential).

• Are a mid-level designer ready for your next career step.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Confident working across digital and print.
• Strong eye for brand, layout and typography.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
• Interested in learning how to manage and mentor others.
