Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for your next exciting move? We are working with an established, highly respected Far Eastern business that is setting up operations in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join the team at the very start of their UK journey and help shape the success of their commercial projects.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering fit-out and construction schemes across the commercial sector, including restaurants, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Reporting to the UK Director, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets
• Managing tender processes and procurement
• Valuations and payment applications
• Contract administration and negotiation
• Monitoring project costs to ensure profitability
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in commercial, hospitality, or leisure sectors
• Speaks Mandarin fluently (essential)
• Holds a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact
