About the role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan and conduct activities that support children’s development, collaborate closely with families, maintain open communication about progress, adhere to regulations, and engage in ongoing professional development. You will work with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently.

Essential criteria

Level 3 qualification in early childhood education in line with government guidelines.
