• Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences, supporting children in line with the EYFS.
• Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Level 2 or higher early years qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage or enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding.
