You

will be responsible for:
  • Driving new business growth within the corrugated packaging market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers including procurement, operations, and packaging teams
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs analysis through to quotation, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Preparing and delivering commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and company margin expectations
  • Monitoring market trends, sustainability developments, and competitor activity within the packaging sector
Key attributes required:
  • Strong experience in corrugated packaging or the wider packaging industry
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in business development and winning new business
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
