Business Development Manager

Our client is a regulatory consultancy providing Employment Law, HR, and Health & Safety support to businesses across the UK. Following a record-breaking 2025, they are expanding their Health & Safety offering and are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the next phase of our growth. We work with business owners and senior decision-makers who expect a professional, consultative approach and a high standard of service.

Our Health & Safety solutions are positioned as a premium, outsourced alternative to in-house provision.

The Role This is a target-driven B2B sales role focused exclusively on selling our Health & Safety consultancy services. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound activity, as well as managing inbound Health & Safety enquiries. Youll manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to close. Experience selling Health & Safety services is desirable but not essential.
