We’re looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager with a strong background in packaging. Salary £45k - £55k basic + car package + OTE £70k - £80k+

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify, pursue and secure new business within target sectors including confectionery, cosmetics, produce and food
- Building, managing and growing a strong sales pipeline across carton packaging, linerless and self-adhesive label solutions
- Presenting tailored packaging solutions and leading commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, contract agreements)
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional service
- Representing the business at client meetings, trade events and industry exhibitions
Key attributes required:
- A commercially focused sales professional with a proven track record in packaging sales (carton and/or labels)
- Skilled at identifying opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Energetic and target-driven, with a consultative approach to building customer partnerships
- Able to travel throughout the UK as required
