As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the attracting and placing of talented individuals into local businesses and organisations as well as forging excellent relationships and developing business with commercial organisations in your area:

• Writing adverts to attract candidates
• Interviewing candidates for roles on behalf of the client’s
• Dealing with clients both over the phone and via email
• Identifying potential clients to help grow your desk
• Marketing / Business development plans to help win business and grow your desk
• Building relationships with hiring manager and candidates

• Strong phone / email-based Customer service skills
• Account management skills would be a huge benefit
• The ability to sell and identify opportunities to grow your businessklar
• The ability to juggle equally important tasks and prioritise them
• A well organised and structure approach to your work
• Good administration skills and familiar with full MS office suite
