About the role
We have an opportunity for an Administrator to support our Inpatient Hub in Ancora House.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our administration team. You should possess commitment to teamwork and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The applicant will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis and ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times, whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
Posts and Working Hours- Two posts available: one post is 37.5 hours per week, permanent position.
- The second post is 37.5 hours per week, 10 months fixed term.
- We would be flexible when considering requests for job share etc.
- New starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date.
- P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction/initial training requirements of the role.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services and supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administration support across all areas of the Tier 4 Service, supporting the multidisciplinary team comprising of nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, family therapy and psychiatry.
- Organise and prioritise own workload, manage deadlines and accommodate urgent work.
- Provide cross cover for colleagues as required.
- Maintain accurate record keeping and data entry for patient documentation.
