The Administration Team Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of the Therapy Services administration function across both Ellesmere Port Hospital and the Countess of Chester Hospital.

  • Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day administrative operations across the Therapy Admin team
  • Line‑manage and support administrative staff, ensuring appropriate delegation and high standards of practice
  • Monitor team workload, performance and KPIs, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, ESR workflows and other HR‑related administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate staff records including attendance, compliance, training and leave monitoring.
  • Coordinate appointments, diaries and administrative workflows to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Provide specialist administrative support to senior therapy leads as required.
  • Ensure enhanced adherence to Trust policies, governance standards, confidentiality, and information governance.
  • Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
