About this job

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to support our Inpatient Hub in Ancora House. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our administration team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and prioritise your own workload on a daily basis and ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
  • Provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
  • Support the clinical team and provide comprehensive administration support for the Tier 4 Service across all areas of the inpatient wards, Assessment and Outreach Team, and Eating Disorder Service.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the child and adolescent mental health service, including two wards (Coral Ward and Indigo Ward) and a multidisciplinary team.
Posts

There are two posts.

One post is
37.5 hours per week, permanent position.

The second post is
37.5 hours per week, 10 months fixed term.

We would be flexible when considering requests for job share etc.

Training and Support

All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction/initial training requirements of the role.
