Senior Client Service Executive
Overall Summary
Join Trinity Bridge Client Services team. The role of Senior CSE supports advisers and CSE’s with various queries. In addition, the Senior CSE will work closely with the CSM, providing support to ensure our day to day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities- Support CSM with daily admin tasks i.e. task reporting, statistical analysis and team absences
- Carry out quality checking on CSE work
- Highlight any training gaps to CSM and assist with re‑training
- Assist CSE’s with any complex incident calculations
- Accurate and timely client data entry onto CBAM and Third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreements
- Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments and diary management
- Preparing meeting packs and Valuations for client appointments
- Call management/ Client contact
- Handling and administration of incoming and outgoing communications covering all aspects of client instruction with respect to their portfolios, general enquiries and advice related documentation
- Checking new business paperwork, banking cheques, scanning and archiving documents
- Facilitation of new business to Platform and Off‑Platform administration teams, from submission to completion
- Managing cash balances and cash movements including raising invoices for advice fees and chasing for payment
- Document management – ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
- Task and workflow management on back office system
- Awareness and ability to apply the CST Manual methodology and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements
- General ad‑hoc admin duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager
- Liaising and working with colleagues within the Practice to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability
- Assist the MD with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
- 3+ years in the same role of CSE
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT skills
- Team Player
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities
- Proactive nature to gain efficiencies
- Ability to multi‑task
- Demonstration of initiative
