Chester Race Company is excited to welcome a dynamic and people-driven individual to join our Resourcing team as a Resourcing Administrator.
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in bringing our events to life by supporting the coordination of our event day teams. From assisting with our workforce management system to ensuring clear and concise communication, you’ll help create a positive, well‑organised environment where people feel supported and informed.
Supporting the Senior Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in event staffing and logistics, build strong relationships, and confidently handle queries — all while contributing to the smooth and successful delivery of our race days and events.
General Responsibilities- Support the team to ensure the smooth operation of all elements of Resourcing.
- Administration tasks to assist the implementation of Ubeya, the new workforce management tool.
- Respond to and action incoming workforce queries.
- Coordination of workforce logistics tasks, including uniform and transport.
- Support the Resourcing Team on site at race days and other events when required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to manage high volume data.
- Excellent communicator who’s able to adapt writing to appropriate audiences.
- Experience in workforce coordination, planning or resourcing within hospitality, events or sports industries.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
- CIPD qualification is Erotic benefit.

Salary£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Hours of work37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. CRC is an event company;you will be required to work some weekends and evenings.
Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu.
CRC has a flexible approach to working hours, which should be agreed with your line manager.
