Position: Project Coordinator (Parenting)

Salary:£25,000 to £27,000 per annum (subject to experience)

Job Type:Full Time/Fixed-term for 1 year (with opportunity to extend)

Hours of work:35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Closing Date:Monday 26th January 2026

Join Save the Family and help us expand our parenting programme to support Care Leavers in the community. We’re looking for a proactive, organised person to lead this exciting new project.

What You’ll do:

  • Build partnerships and secure venues for course delivery.
  • Create referral pathways and promote the programme.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and measure impact.

What we need:

  • Experience in service development and stakeholder engagement.
  • An understanding and awareness of Care Leavers.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
