About the role

The Maintenance Helper position is a training position in which the job duties include but are not limited to assisting the Maintenance Mechanics in the day to day maintenance and unscheduled maintenance of the facility.

The maintenance helper will be responsible for preventive maintenance checks; lubrication of equipment and documentation of repairs done to equipment. The position will report to the Maintenance supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Helper is a training position for advancement to maintenance mechanic.

As a Maintenance Helper you will be required to pass Reworld' s requirements for structural welding and all other qualifications required of a Maintenance Mechanic in order to advance.

These requirements will be under the discretion of the maintenance supervisor and the Facility manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have the ability to work a rotating schedule

Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb

Ability to lift/carry 50lbs

Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces

The hourly rate for this position is $23.10 (per hour).

Pay Transparency

This role is covered under a Labor Union / Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The pay rate and benefits will be according to CBA for the role.
