Healthcare Management, Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
The Deputy Care Manager plays a vital leadership role in supporting the Registered Managers with the effective day-to-day operation of Easton Care’s Children’s and Adults’ services. You will ensure services are delivered to the highest possible standards, remain fully compliant with regulatory and safeguarding requirements, and are rooted in person-centred, compassionate care.
Working collaboratively alongside a second Deputy Care Manager, you will help plan, implement, and deliver meaningful, high-quality support across both Children’s and Adults’ operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring visibility, approachability, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
The role includes participation in a rotational on‑call rota and deputising for the Registered Manager when required. You will also work one weekend in every four, visiting Children’s and Adults’ services to ensure quality, continuity, and support.
This is an exciting time to join Easton Care as we continue to grow and develop our services across Children’s and Adults’ provision. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping service delivery, influencing positive change, and being part of a forward‑thinking organisation committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
