Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring materials are accurately picked, organized, and delivered to support residential solar installations. What You'll Do

* Load and unload company vehicles with care and efficiency.

* Pick and prepare solar materials for residential installation projects.

* Maintain accurate inventory through bar code tracking, cycle counting, and data entry.

* Safely transport materials to job sites when needed.

* Support overall warehouse operations to keep projects running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

* 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience (solar, electrical, or construction materials experience a strong plus).

* Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs.

* Comfortable using basic computer systems and performing data entry.

* A valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.

* Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
