Overview

Outpatient Physical Therapist role with flexible scheduling options (Part Time or Full Time) and generous compensation. Includes CEU support and strong front and back office assistance to allow you to focus on treating. Salary range: $104,000 - $141,000 per year.

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical patients in outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy protocols to maximize patient recovery and independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Mentor and supervise junior therapists and support staff
• Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical documentation
• Maintain a flexible schedule with options for full-time, part-time, and contract assignments

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in outpatient, homecare, or multidisciplinary settings
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
