Position Overview:

This role is pivotal to ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders by coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and nurturing strong customer relationships. You'll collaborate with sales teams, logistics, and customers to deliver exceptional service and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate with sales and product teams for order accuracy

+ Proactively communicate with salespeople and customers regarding order status and delivery concerns.

+ Partner with warehouses, carriers, and logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery.

+ Maintain thorough electronic documentation for orders and shipments in ERP software

+ Build strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

+ Education/

Experience:

2+ years of relevant experience.

+

Skills:

Proficient with MS Suite; solution-driven mindset.

+ Personality Traits:
Quick learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, eager, and enthusiastic.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, procurement, or logistics

- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple customer orders efficiently.

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with sellers, customers, and internal teams.

- Proficiency in managing documentation and order tracking systems.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in pricing, billing, and documentation.

- Familiarity with logistics coordination

- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve order-related challenges.
