We are hiring for a well-established, fourth-generation manufacturing company specializing in precision-engineered hardware products.

If you have strong Solid Works skills and experience designing progressive stamping tools
, this is a solid opportunity to grow in a stable manufacturing environment with clear advancement potential.

• Design punches, dies, and progressive stamping tools
• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams for efficient, cost-effective designs
• Manage multiple tooling projects
• Improve tooling performance and production efficiency

• Solid Works (advanced modeling & drawings)
• GD&T knowledge
• Tool & die design experience (progressive stamping preferred)
• Manufacturing environment experience Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Associate degree + 2 years tooling experience
  • 3–4+ years direct tooling design experience
