Spanish Teaching Position

Cheshire Academy seeks an immediate full‑time Spanish teacher for the 2026‑27 academic year. Candidates must have native or native‑like fluency in Spanish and be able to teach all levels, including IB Spanish.
Interest in or experience with the International Baccalaureate program is a plus.

• Teach Spanish to students at all levels, including IB Spanish.
• Serve as a class advisor.
• Contribute to the co‑curricular program and participate in weekend team responsibilities.
• Perform residential/dormitory duties if campus housing is provided.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a CT “A” endorsement for transporting students.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a criminal background check, and be able to provide a cover letter, resume, and the names of three professional references.

Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree and relevant teaching experience preferred.

School‑provided housing is not guaranteed for the 2026‑27 academic year. Salary and benefits are competitive.
