Individuals must be innovative, creative and skilled in the use of effective instructional strategies to demonstrate growth of all students. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of national, state and local standards and have the ability to personalize these standards through instruction to all students in all subject areas.

A positive, enthusiastic, dynamic classroom atmosphere is desired embedding the Cheshire Performance Standards. Skilled integration of technology as a tool for teaching and learning is required.

• Connecticut Teaching Certificate #001, #002, #003, #004, #005, #013, #113, #305 or the ability to qualify, with appropriate endorsement(s), and expertise in curriculum sub‑areas.
