About Us:
IMPACT provides coaching and training services to help small to mid-sized businesses implement Endless Customers (formerly They Ask, You Answer), inspired by the popular book by Marcus Sheridan. We empower clients to build in-house content marketing operations that attract and convert customers, positioning their companies as the most trusted brands in their markets. By teaching clients how to create, optimize, and use their own content throughout the marketing and sales process, we help them eliminate reliance on outside agencies and drive sustainable growth.

Are you looking for a full-time position that allows you the opportunity to create multiple videos every week? If so, then IMPACT might be a great choice for you. As the Video and Creative Lead, you will lead the strategy and execution of video content that aligns with our brand standards, supports revenue growth, and strengthens our market positioning.
As the visual storyteller for our company, you’ll be responsible for pre-production, scripting, filming, editing, managing creative assets across our website, social channels, podcast, and paid ads, analyzing and reporting, and maintaining all video equipment. As the owner of the video strategy in our company, you will set the standard for quality, alignment, and performance, ensuring video is a revenue-driving asset across marketing and sales.

You will serve as the visual execution partner to marketing leadership and executive vision, translating ideas into compelling, on-brand video content that drives engagement and reduces reliance on reactive feedback cycles.
You will own IMPACT’s You Tube channel (including weekly long-form video production, Shorts creation and distribution), and paid video ad campaigns.
You will own both the craft and the operational clarity required to produce 3-5 high-quality videos per week consistently, with minimal rework and strong alignment to brand standards. You will collaborate with the marketing team and directly with the CEO to translate executive vision into clear creative direction and final execution, reducing revision cycles through strong pre-production planning and alignment.
