Purch Rock is a rapidly growing real estate investment company that specializes in identifying and acquiring underperforming properties and turning them into profitable investments. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and streamline day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle daily correspondence for the leadership team
  • Deal Coordination:
    Assist in organizing and tracking deals, contracts, and property transactions. Communicate with sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Document Management:
    Maintain organized records for deals, contracts, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with company standards
  • Client Interaction:
    Liaise with clients, prospects, and partners, ensuring top-notch communication and follow-up
  • Lead Tracking:
    Support the team in managing lead generation efforts, including tracking inbound leads, maintaining lead databases, and assisting in follow-up outreach
  • Task Management:
    Help prioritize and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that tasks are delegated effectively
  • Research & Reporting:
    Conduct market research and compile reports on properties, market trends, and potential investment opportunities
  • Vendor and Contractor Communication:
    Handle vendor relationships, scheduling, and coordination with contractors involved in property transactions
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Salesforce)
  • Experience with real estate tools and platforms (e.g., Prop Stream, MLS, etc.) is a plus
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
