• Record all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll transactions
• Receive and verify expense reports
• Facilitate vendor payments, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Process biweekly payroll

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience
• Experience with MIP or ADP is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
