• Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification
• Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
• Actively and consistently promote the company's vision and values
• Make every member's visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back
• Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference
• In-house training will be available to develop your skills
• Working hours will include days, evenings and weekends
• There is also an opportunity to deliver personal training and support our group exercise programme
• This role will require a DBS check to be completed
